Job Description

職責

  • 處理客戶查詢,接待訪客及一般文件交收。
  • 日常採購工作及電腦系統輸入。
  • 助跟進報價、訂貨單和到貨事宜。
  • 助處理船務及衛生署文件 (需要時,要外出工作)。
  • 助處理合同續約事宜。
職位要求
  • 中五或以上程度
  • 1年或以上相關經驗
  • 熟悉電腦文書處理及中文打字。
  • 能夠獨立工作,有責任心,工作積極主動,良好溝通技巧。
  • 懂Orcale系統操作及能即時上班優先。
