Job Description
- Collaborate with Department heads to identify their training needs and provide customized training solutions
- Implement employee engagement initiatives through different channels, including but not limited to company culture & employee recognition programs, staff activities, internal communications and employee engagement survey
- Design and develop learning & development programs and initiatives to support the business needs
- Act as key coordinator to deliver quality soft-skills training programs independently
- Assist to formulate annual training plan and budget
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivery and evaluation of training and development activities
- Passion in Company Culture, Technology, Digital and Telecommunication industries
- Mature, presentable, independent, self- motivated, detail-minded, well organized and a good team player
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in written English is desired
