Job Description:

• Temporary work for 4 - 5 months
• Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll preparation, sales commission calculation, tax filing, recruitment, benefits administration and perform daily HR routine duties for HK
• Handle office administration functions including daily office operations, courier, office supplies etc
• Assist supervisor to implement HR procedures & guidelines and deliver professional services to internal customers
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

The Person:

• High Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a HR generalist
• Well-versed in HK employment related ordinances (e.g. MPF ordinance, income tax regulatory requirements etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
• Well-organized and attentive to details, able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc.
• Good of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is required
