Responsibilities:

• Develop effective filing system for hard copy files and electronic files
• Update and maintain accurate record in database/ files
• Provide administrative support to daily HR operation
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/ or projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• Preferably with work experience in HR
• Knowledge of HK labour law is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Independent, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2-3 days per week
• 8 working hours per day
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• University student are also welcome.
