A young, fast-growing e-commerce Company is looking for a Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Work independently and responsible for end-to-end completion of recruitment assignments, including attracting, sourcing (job platforms, recruitment events, headhunting), screening, coordinating & conducting interviews, and hiring (offers & contracts).
Create a memorable onboarding experience for new members – conducting orientation, social integration, and administrative support.
Manage Talent Pool, Recruitment Tracker, and Market Research Report.
Work with Marketing to manage the company’s LinkedIn account and develop content.
Communication & Team Engagement:
Create and manage communication tools between team members and HR
Responsible for content creation in English and Chinese.
Plan and execute company-wide events, and provide support to implement recognition programs.
Performance Management:
Assist in creating training materials and provide administrative support
Lead performance appraisal and team members survey.
Others:
Proactively explore new ways to improve current HR operations, automate procedures, and minimize administrative workload.
Roll out special HR projects and provide necessary administrative support.
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies.
Who we are looking for:
Degree holder in any disciplines
4-10 years of solid experience in HR (experience in a start-up will be an advantage)
People-oriented, open-minded, tech-savvy, creative
Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure
Excellent in Excel/ Google Sheets - able to automate procedures using formulas & links
Basic design skills to create content using Power Point/ Google Slides
Well-versed with the HK Labor Ordinances and HR related compliance
Experience in using HRIS would be an advantage
