Job Description
Administration Support Officer - Life & Medical
Responsibilities:
Provide All-Round Administration and operational support, including but not limited to:
- Handle New & Renewal cases Independently.
- Run proposal, prepare Product comparison & Maintain proper records
- Follow up on pending, payments & prepare policy delivery
- MPF Scheme servicing & maintenance.
- Handle inquiries from Clients & communicate with Providers/Agents related to policy administration.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required.
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Diploma or above.
- Fluent in written & speaking English & Cantonese is a MUST.
- At Least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry with policy administration knowledge (especially Life & High-End Medical).
- Qualified for IIQE papers Paper 1, 2 & 3 is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, independent, fast Learner & good team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Admin Assistant.
