Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, general reception and administrative duties
• Handling documentation, phone calls, courier arrangement and mail services
• Process office payments, expense reimbursement, and prepare monthly statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff data, including personal data, attendance and leave records
• Supporting the full range of general HR & Administrative function, such as HR & Administrative reports and memos etc
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Shipping industry
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Adaptable for fast-paced working environment, able to work independently
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent performance might be considered for long-term employment
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
