You will work closely with the management and department heads in planning, developing and executing the training programs and budget in accordance with the Corporate strategies. This includes the talents development program, leadership training, service excellence training, soft-skills, induction, video training, e-learning program.  You will also be taking a lead role in organizing Staff Relations and CSR activities with the aim to building a caring company culture and cohesion in the company.

The Person

You should be a Degree holder in Marketing Management / HR or related disciplines with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant training and development experience. To succeed in this role, you would be passionate, creative, a team player, resourceful in the T&D market with proven track record of working closely with T&D trainers.  Excellent command in both English and Chinese is a must.
