As Assistant Manager Crew Operations, you are responsible for producing efficient, legal monthly crew rosters in compliance with company requirements, to manage the adjustment of those rosters by a third party provider, and to provide administrative support for AHK flight training where required.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager Crew Operations is responsible to the Manager Crew Resources (MCR) for the following duties and responsibilities:

• To be the primary contact for the AHK training section regarding day to day Check and Training rostering matters.
• To be responsible for planning and reassignment, where necessary, of all Check and Training duties and ensure all AHK crew members possess valid qualifications and maintain recency to operate company aircraft, in accordance with legal and Company requirements.
• To coordinate and liaise with third party providers to ensure efficient administrative and logistics support is provided for the satisfactory completion of AHK recurrent and ad-hoc training.
• To coordinate and organize the Simulator booking in planning and daily basis.
• To coordinate with team and management for producing efficient, legal monthly crew rosters in compliance with Company requirements.
• To ensure that the adjustment of AHK crew rosters and document control updates by third party providers incorporate all operational and necessary changes in compliance with legal and Company requirements.
• To provide analytical and statistic report of planned and actual rosters as required.
• Other duties as required by MCR.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Tertiary education
• At least 5 years airline experience in crewing
• 1 year in an operational/personnel supervisory role
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong in Computer skills including Microsoft Words and Excel
• Sound interpersonal skills, promoting strong team skills and good relationship with all stakeholders
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation Department crew licensing and FTLS requirements

Other Requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Would have completed 3rd booster of the Covid vaccine, or two doses of Covid vaccine with exemption due to previous Covid infection.
