Job Duties

• Responsible for generate daily shipping documents;
• Liaise with both internal and external parties for delivery arrangement;
• Provide clerical support to warehouse team and other departments;
• Assist and support warehouse administrative work and daily operations;
• Perform cycle count & annual stock take
• Assist in other ad-hoc project as assigned
• Work location : Tsing Yi Warehouse

Requirements

• F.5 or above;
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in shipping or logistics field, Electronics industry is preferred; (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping document independently;
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & Tradelink) and good communication skill;
• Open-minded, hard-working, responsible, self-motivated and good team work;
• Willing to learn and reliable;
• Good in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work beyond normal working hour
• Immediately available preferred
