• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and activities including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, insurance renewal and employee relations
• Maintain and update the HR system, employee personnel files and records
• Prepare management reports, statistics reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, Words and Powerpoint
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
