Responsibilities:

This position requires excellent organization skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Your responsibilities are including but not limited to:

• Handle general administrative work, including answering the company's general line, ordering office stationery and other supplies, office maintenance, express delivery, updating and filing documents, maintaining various records, etc.;
• Assist discipline administration such as attendance checks;
• Assist in payment for the daily office expenses of the office;
• Assist in vehicle administration;
• Assist in office renovation and administration;

Requirements:

• Good PC literacy;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and time-management skills;
• Good teamwork and high commitment to work;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
