Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder or above in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in sizable corporate functions, experience in driving HR initiatives and HR projects
- Experienced working in manufacturing or trading firm is an advantages
- Excellent communication skills, well experienced in working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers in providing them professional HR advices
- Smart, problem solver, corporate, a great team player and able to work in a fast paced and hands-on environment
- Well versed with HK Labour Ordinance, knowledge in China labour law will be a plus
- Implement programmes to improve employee experience of the organization as a workplace
- Responsible for the HR day-to-day functions, including but not limited to provide solutions on strategic staffing plans, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management, HR information system, and HR compliance, etc
- Act as the business partner to the business unit heads and provide strategic counsel on all human resources matters
- Responsible for reviewing of existing policies and procedures while making necessary adjustments deemed necessary in alignment to business objectives
- Ad hoc projects such as Implementation of HRIS
- Willing to travel
