Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation of charitable fund services to help the people in need of urgent relief as a result of family crisis, accident, illness or natural disaster.
• Ensure integrity and quality of the grant making process.
• Support supervisor in developing and implementing operation strategies and plans.
• Assist promotion, publicity and fundraising activities.
• Provide administrative support to related committees.
• Handle ad hoc projects and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate.
• Passion for helping the poor and needy people in Hong Kong.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills.
• Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and a proactive team player.
