Job Description

Dynamics of the Role 
This is an independent contributor role.  Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, the appointee will provide professional and proactive support on all HR initiatives and activities surrounding compensation & benefits administration, reporting & analytics and performance management for the Asia Pacific Region. 
How You’ll Contribute
  • Provide general support to Human Resources Business Partner on compensation & benefits
  • Manage the payroll process and work with external payroll vendor
  • Benefits administration - daily administration and renewal of various life and medical insurance plans, pension funds and social insurance across Asia where applicable. Administer leave for compilation of accurate monthly reports
  • Provide support to employees on benefit enquiries and support the internal communication of Total Rewards and practices
  • Support the annual performance review process and assist to review and analyze performance result and follow-up for actions
  • Prepare onboarding documents and timely enrolment of benefits and payroll
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives which include but not limited to the review of HR policies, salary surveys, benefits review, annual merit review, annual performance review, annual human resources audit, etc.
  • Participate in regional and corporate projects on all employee related matters
  • HRIS & record keeping - maintenance of the HRIS and other paper records to ensure employee records are up to date.  Working with systems support on issues with the information system 
  • Fulfill compliance and audit requests
  • Provide regular HR reports and analysis that provides HR insights and analytics beyond data reports and descriptive commentary
  • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics and automated data feeds and reporting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring 
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
  • A minimum of total 6 years in the HR field gained from sizable and fast growing organizations
  • Have an analytical mindset and always strive for driving results and influence
  • Exposure to other countries will be viewed preferable
  • Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detailed orientated with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and able to work multi-tasks
