Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Perform all administrative tasks related to sales operations including handle monthly invoicing activity, support customer billing enquiries, and customer payment status tracking etc.
  • Support customer contract on-boarding and ensuring accurate billing for work orders delivered
  • Handle any ad-hoc sales-related project as required
  • Maintain and secure files for each prospective customers relating to service contracts and service orders

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years or above sales support/operations experience in Technology/IT industry 
  • Solid experience in business development, sales management and order follow up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and coordination skills
  • Aggressive, initiative, energetic and result-orientated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Associate level role will be offered for more experienced candidates
