Job Description
An international company in Causeway Bay is seeking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team.
Sales Administrator
The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support the sales team.
- Communicate well with Sales team and relevant parties on sales activities
- Collect and consolidate the sales data to generate report and database
- Prepare sales document like presentation materials, sales report and expense report etc.
- Handle customer enquiries, order follow up and ad-hoc project
- Secretarial support to the sales team
- Provide office administration support and ad hoc assignments;
- Proficiency in MS world, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently and under pressure with multi-task assignment
- Self-motivated and flexible, able to work under tight schedule with changing requirements
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong in communication, inter-personal skills, independent and well organized
- A team player with confidence, open mind, nice personality and high desire to learn
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above,
- Minimum 1-2 year's relevant working experience
- Well organized, attentive to details and hardworking

Working Hours: 9AM-6PM, 5 working days per week
