Job Responsibilities

• Handle C&B administrative duties such as MPF administration, medical enrollment, claims handling, payslip and HR documents distribution etc.
• Maintain HRIS database and ensure all HR data is accurately recorded Assist in annual assignment including salary review, performance bonus exercise, incentive scheme, staff cost budget projection
• Assist in other human resources projects related to compensation & benefits and employee engagement
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detailed mind, customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
