Duties

• Report to Marketing/Business Development Managers and support the Sales & Marketing division
• Conduct market research, news subscription/clipping for market, competitor information and product/service ideas
• Support back-end administrative and clerical works, contract/other related documents maintenance, pricing maintenance, and internal/external audits, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date customer info and product/services info into related database, website and various promotional platforms.
• Assist in account and sales management by providing customer care & support (such as preparing customer meetings/visits, cargo terminal tours, business conferences, meeting minutes, etc.) and assisting in product/services selling.
• Assist in preparing sales & marketing analysis, business reports, and annual budgeting, etc.
• Support to develop the sales/ marketing communications collaterals (such as press release, newsletters, leaflets, customer presentations, etc.), promotional campaigns, customer events, souvenirs/festival gifts/e-cards, and industry award competitions, and related external customer notices, etc.
• Other job duties assigned

 Requirements

• Degree holder with 1 year or above working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, commercial, or customer services related areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop will be preferable
• Outgoing, self-motivated, positive
• Ability to work under pressure & independently
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to task and time
• Good discipline and business ethics
• Good interpersonal skill and team player
• Good numerical and reasoning sense
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for Marketing Officer
