About the role
- Co-create AWESOME hiring experience with our partners and candidates! Handle end-to-end recruitment and fulfill company different development needs on hiring the right fits with his/her strong recruitment skills and candidate source
- Drive & apply blended talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top Talents that unify business goals and talent aspirations
- Position & Promote HKBN as a ‘Preferred Employer’ to young Talents and professionals, building an uninterrupted pipeline
- Utilize different channels including social media to proactively source for employer branding, approaching passive candidates and enhancing candidate experience
- Enhance & upgrade candidates’ experience and build win-win partnership with our talent acquisition partners
- Initiate creative campus events and mass recruitment campaign including trainee and internship programme to nurture our youth development
- Analyze hiring trends and feedback to utilize HR analytics to refine resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection processes
- Disrupt and impact the market together by enhancing current Talent Acquisition practices and contributing to new initiatives to make HKBN a better place to work and our Home a better place to live.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' solid recruitment experience in sizable corporations; preferably with managerial experience
- Experience in ICT sector will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with “can-do” attitude
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Proactive and innovative, willing to speak up and voice out new ideas
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
