Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of HR support services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HRIS, employee relations & engagement for two hotel brands;
  • Handle the recruitment process including identifying hiring needs, implementing effective recruitment channels, screening and selection;
  • Organize employee engagement activities and execute the employee engagement and reward programme;
  • Prepare and coordinate staff communications / recruitment tools such as newsletters, online career page, and employment networking platforms, etc.;
  • Support and coordinate training and development activities;
  • Compile and analyze HR data for management review;
  • Provide support on insurance administration;
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and special assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of solid Human Resources experience;
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Good team player, high energy levels, strong sense of responsibility and flexible;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Cantonese;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer.
