Job Description

The Group provides a full range of services and products under its well-known brands, including aesthetic medical solutions, primary spine and physiotherapy care clinics, health management centre, vaccine centre, dental centre, diagnostic and imaging centre, oncology treatment centre, obstetrics and gynaecology specialist  centre, paediatric centre, cardiology centre, medical laboratories, professional hair care centre, ophthalmology centre and veterinary hospital and imaging centre.

To support our hyper growth in the healthcare space, we are recruiting a capable and independent individual for the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our Talent & Culture team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Working directly with the Chief Talent Officer & HR Director, you will be leading the transformation of the Group’s employer branding strategy and execution.

Key Focuses and Responsibilities

  • Act as an functional head to design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to generate diverse pools of applicants to support organizational growth and meet business needs
  • Work with Operations Leaders to determine strategic staffing needs and develop staffing program to achieve optimal staffing for centre operations
  • Design and rollout an annual calendar of talent acquisition events including job fairs, campus recruitment and social media campaigns aiming at delivering a high impact candidate experience with focus on every single touch point
  • Develop a best-in class pre-boarding experience and deploy the unique EC onboarding experience.  Oversee the development and maintenance of the new joiner onboarding process
  • Support the development of an off-boarding process and to facilitate the building up of an alumni strategy
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the career website as a platform for sharing of talent stories
  • Conduct staffing analysis & provide key workforce management insights.
  • Utilize automated applicant tracking system to support hiring; analyze   measurements to ensure hiring effectiveness; and proactively identify issues   and offer solutions

Key Requirements and Expectations

  • 8+ years of relevant experience of which 3+ years as people manager with emphasis in talent acquisition, staffing, and employer branding preferably in MNC and matrix work environment
  • Experience in translating business objectives into resourcing solutions & requirements through diagnostics and needs analysis
  • Understanding and experience of developing sourcing strategies and managing multiple hiring channels
  • Enjoy creativity in developing talent attraction strategies and tactics in retail/fast moving industry, utilizing social media and LinkedIn advantageous
  • Proven track record as an effective leader of a functional team, coaching, managing, and engaging the team to deliver high performance with hands-on HR exposure gain from fast moving industry
  • Track record of working in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines, both short and long term
  • Excellent presentation and audience engagement skills
  • High proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
