Human Resources and Administration Officer / Assistant Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling all HR & administration work for the office, food factory and F&B retail outlets in Hong Kong
• Assist in different aspects of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee compensation, MPF, medical and staff relations etc..
• Prepare various monthly HR and statistics reports for Management review.
• Handle leave applications and records, and maintain staff data in HRIS.
• Work closely with Operations about weekly roster preparation, attendance record, day off and annual leave record etc.
• Assist in ad hoc duties and HR activities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, retail or FMCG industries.
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Alternative Saturday is required.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
