We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Senior Human Resources Officer to join us.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the designated brands
- Administer and support full employee life cycle activities from hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding for designated business units
- Strengthen stakeholder management by regularly review the respective brands’ analytics and make value-added propositions to brands
- Conduct regular store visits to obtain Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Become an ambassador/host for employee engagement activities
- Act as brand ambassador in Recruitment Day and partner with the other HR Centre of Expertise (COE) teams to strengthen employer branding
- Proactively build talent pool for future recruitment needs
- Support ad-hoc HR projects
YOU NEED TO BE…
- Bachelor degree holder
- 5 years or above HR generalist/ business partner experience
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Independent, proactive with positive attitude, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
