Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Handle customer documents/ orderings, prepare reports, office resources procurement
- Assist in system data input, license documents etc.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1 - 2 years relevant working experience. Graduates will be considered
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese & English
- Self-motivated, good communication skills, and multi-tasked ability
- Immediately available is preferred
