Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the departments
- Process invoices, procurements and reconciliation
- Assist in audit and budget preparation
- Liaise with various departments, contractors and relevant parties
- Develop good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree holder in Business Administration or other related discipline
- 4 years or above relevant experience, with basic IT knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
