Company Profile

Our client is a leading retail and corporate bank in Hong Kong that provides comprehensive financial services, asset management and general insurance services in Hong Kong, mainland China, Macau and overseas. Due to team expansion, they are now looking for a senior HR manager to provide quality HR advisory services and drive resourcing strategy for their business.

Exciting new role for you

You will be working as a proactive business partner, offering quality HR advisory services in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the business portfolio. You will be involved in designing and streamlining recruitment strategy and executing the full recruitment life-cycle. You will also have the chance to work with different business stakeholders in driving HR initiatives to meet their staff requisition, retention and utilization needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in manpower resourcing
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Familiar with human resources practice and sound knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication organization and management skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
