• Greet visitors and handle phone calls with professional manner
• Responsible for conference room reservations and maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter area and conference rooms
• Arrange internal & external mails and courier services
• Handle procurement and stock control of office supplies, pantry items and stationery
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in reception/admin or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good at using Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word and Excel) and English and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and the ability to multi-task
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and work with team as well
• Immediately available is preferred
