Responsibilities

• Provide sales reports and administrative support to the team
• Oversee delivery & distribution of stock and manage retail operations, including shipping instructions, stock management, pricing and etc.
• Coordinate inventory information
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain and logistics arrangement
• Arrange the stock data, purchase and sales data into database
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth daily operation on order placement, fulfillment and shipping arrangement etc.
• Resolve operational issues in a flexible manner
• Assist in scheduling a well-organized operational calendar
• Responsible for ad hoc tasks as required

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years working experience
  (Relevant working experience in similar field/role is much preferable)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in application of computer software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skill, responsible and willing to learn
• Pro-activeness and flexible in changing demands
• Strong team player, willing to communicate internally and externally
