Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on daily operations for Café and Fleuriste;
- Handle procurement processes, food and beverage products order and delivery;
- Monitor stock level with inventory planning and waste management;
- Conduct market research on food trends and propose seasonal products/ promotion items;
- Create and update menu and online shop according to offerings and promotion requirements;
- Liaise with various teams including Marketing for sales promotion and photo shootings, and Finance team for payment follow up;
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints;
- Prepare reports and analysis for management review;
- Ensure operations in compliance with company standard and regulatory guidelines.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in F&B, restaurant or hotel operations;
- Energetic and passionate about food and beverage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well organized and detail-oriented;
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Successful candidate will be offered the title of Senior Operations Executive - F&B.
