Human Resources Manager/ Senior Manager (Hong Kong/Dongguan)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Formulation in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the manufactory in Hong Kong & Dongguan
• Oversee all HR & Admin operations, including talent acquisition, training, programs to utilize the internal resources that larger our resources capacity in manufactory
• Work closely with production team in manpower supply and control
• Oversee and manage people strategies, including HR regulations, management training programme, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations and organizational culture
• Ensure HR management policies and employment contracts in compliance with Hong Kong and PRC Employment Ordinance
• Be a problem solver to handle Ah-hoc duties related in HR and take corresponding action in a timely manner

 Job Requirements: 

• BA/ MA in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
• A minimum of 8 years of human resource experience (Hong Kong/ China)
• Experienced in HR management in electronics manufacturing companies in Hong Kong and China is preferred
• A high proficiency of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Based in Hong Kong; Occasional Travel to Dongguan
