The Job:

  • Manage a team of policy administration staff to handle both group life and group medical insurance business within service standards and assigned authority
  • Maintain a robust operation efficiency, conduct training to team members on EB insurance knowledge and sharing on market information
  • Handle incoming enquires from EB sales team and intermediaries
  • To prepare regular production and statistical reports to provide insight and support on business decisions
  • Participate in IT system enhancement and carry out user acceptance test independently
  • Carry out additional responsibility, ad-hoc task, project, activities relevant to the department from time to time assigned by the superiors

The Person:

  • Degree holder or above with 10 years relevant experience
  • Experience in system development, user requirement preparation and performing user acceptance test.
  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3 licensed with FLMI is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Employee Benefits business and underwriting
  • Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and team player
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency PC skills including Excel, Word , PowerPoint and Chinese Input
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
