• General administrative support including but not limited to tender handling, school program development, connection work with school, etc.
• Provide assistance in organizing events, logistic arrangement and post production work, e.g. video/photo's polish and filing
• Facilitate in center operational management
• Ad hoc projects assign by the department

• Working experience in Education Center is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work on public holiday / outdoor event
• Classical Music Background will be an asset but not a must
