Project starting on July or August
Duties:
The duties of Customer Service Officer and Administrative Assistant may include, but not limited to:
(a) To assist the Command Team of CTO or any other senior officers of CDB in handling all matters related to Isolation Record / Quarantine Record or Recovery Code and to prepare daily reports on enquiry status (i.e. number of enquiries, types of questions, etc.);
(b) To monitor the handling of public enquiries by the team;
(c) To assist in communication with senior officers on the latest duties or workflow of the team;
(d) To handle general enquiries / complaints from other Bureaux / Departments / member of the public on cases related to Isolation Record / Quarantine Record or Recovery Code;
(e) To assist in investigation of complaints against the handling of request.
Requirements:
(a) degree holder + 5 subjects grade E or Level 2 of HKCEE or HKDSE, or equivalent;
(b) Have at least 2 years working experience;
(c) Be proficient in Chinese and English word processing;
(d) Have good command of written Chinese and English.
