Job Description

Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this position is a unique opportunity to be part of the global HR team where you will be one of the key contact points for the business units that you are delegated with, as well as supporting the local recruitment function for the Hong Kong office.
 
In this position, you will be working closely with our senior leadership, managers, and employees on all-rounded HR aspects including but not limited to: talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, career development, employee relations, project management support, etc. This is achieved through a high degree of collaboration and partnership with other HR team members across the region across 9 offices.

THE POSITION:
  • Provide comprehensive HR all-rounded support to the designated business unit for mainly local (Hong Kong) and occasionally global offices (Shanghai, India, Bangladesh, and Turkey)
  • Work closely with stakeholders on people movements, succession planning, talent review and development, and mobility needs
  • Support the annual exercise e.g. year-end compensation review, promotions, talent management, etc.
  • Support local HR projects, e.g. local campus recruitment, and global employee engagement projects as the needs may arise
  • Identify and monitor development opportunities for internal staff to meet the business objectives
THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Around 2-3 years of HR business partner/recruitment experience, preferably in MNCs; Fresh graduates with recruitment experiences will also be considered
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is preferable but not a must
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
