General Description

We are looking for a high caliber Human Resources & Administration Manager that drive and implement talent acquisition, internal training program, people development program. The right candidate must possess a “can-do” spirit and is willing to take on challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process in a fast-paced and  dynamic working environment, including but not limited to proactive sourcing, CV screening, selection assessment etc.

• Organize internal training program and people development program.

• Manage HR functions including the processing of compensation & benefits, staff recruitment & selection, monthly payroll, staff relations programs and salary benchmarking, etc

• Conduct review, plan and implement of HR and Administration policies and procedures to cope with the business needs and organization growth.

• Responsible for all office administrative/procurement functions including office services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, etc

• Prepare regular human resources and office administration reports for management's review.

• Other ad-hoc works as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related discipline

• Minimum of 6 years of all-rounded Human Resources and Administration experience, of which a minimum of 2-3 years at supervisory level.

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations is a MUST.

• Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed-mind and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
