Job Description

Job duties:

  • Reporting to (1) Assistant to Chairman and (2) Executive Director
  • Handle the HR matters independently
  • Administrate the IPL Payroll system
  • Review the monthly payroll prepared by the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director.
  • Prepare memos/emails to staff, prepare policies if necessary.
  • Admin works including office manager work, arranging community services,
  • General Administrative works

Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years solid experience in Human Resources related experience.
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Word , Excel, Outlook , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
