MAIN MISSION

• Payroll management.
• Manage employee life cycle including employee entry, transfer, and exit management and process monitor.
• P-file management.
• Local HR activities support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll management

• Manage monthly payroll for Hong Kong, including payroll data preparation, payroll calculation, and payroll delivery.

Entry & Exit & Transfer management

• Manage new joiners, prepare on-boarding package, collect documents and communications.
• Manage exit process, collect confirmation of leave details timely and keep professional HR operation in process.

Employee Data Management

• Collect employee data query and response accordingly.
• Notify external third parties if applicable.
• Make sure system employee data accuracy and timely.

P-file Management

• Establish Document P-file and E P-file for each staff in scope.
• Ensure the P-file borrowing and returning with timeliness, accuracy and completeness.

MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL APTITUDES

• Fundamental management skill especially in HR payroll and operation
• Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service
• Familiar with HR related law and regulation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiar with HR related law and regulation

• Data accuracy: 100%
• System update on time
• P-file kept in good condition and complete
