Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide necessary support to trainers
- Manage and record the attendance record
- Encourage and support trainees to participate in classroom activities
- To provide general training administrative support, e.g. generating reports, updating training materials, SOP
- To assist in pre- and post-training logistics ensure smooth delivery of training
- Assist in preparing training materials, including classroom training and e-learning materials in alignment with the prevailing operational developments
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Training & Development, Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year solid training experience in F&B or Hospitality industry, i.e. soft skills, customer services, and coaching or etc
- Sound knowledge in video/ audio shooting and editing is advantage
- Independent, well organized, details-oriented attitude, good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Good command spoken & written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
