大手日系金融機関にて、所属部門の複数の日本人マネジメントのSecretarial 業務を担当いただきます。

• シニアマネジメントのミーティングスケジュール管理・カレンダーブッキング
• マネジメントデータのとりまとめ・編集
• 日本本店や海外拠点とのコレスポンス・報告書の作成
• その他Ad Hocタスクへの対応

Requirements

• At least 3 ~5 years of secretarial experience for Japanese Management
• Native level/Equivalent level in Japanese (Speaking /Writing) and fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent capability to handle multi-tasking job, excellent accuracy and flexibility.

• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
