Responsibilities:

• In accordance to the Group strategy and talent development agenda, continuously enhance and review the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools;
• Manage various leadership & talent development projects as well as AAI Academy for succession planning in an end-to-end manner;
• Act as the talent management business partner of various supporting departments, by actively understanding their learning and development gap, and thus provide effective learning and development solutions;
• Keep abreast with the latest leadership and change development trends and methodologies with various training organizations, consultants, tertiary institutions, etc;
• Designing, developing, administering and enriching content of training activities and e-learning programs in corporate learning management system;
• Conduct training data analysis, training budget control and compile training reports on training effectiveness for management review;
• Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods;
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development or organizational behavior related disciplines;
• At least 8 years of related working experience in sizable company. Having experiences in construction related industry would be an advantage;
• Experience and knowledge in administering learning management system is highly preferred;
• Good numerical, analytical skills and detail-minded;
• Well-organized with strong interpersonal / communication and presentation skills;
• Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure, work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Good team player, self-initiated and willing to learn;
• Fluent in Chinese, spoken and written English;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge in e-learning tools, video editing software and Chinese word processing is an advantage.
