Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, direct visitors to appropriate office and person
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate parties
• Maintain tidiness and ensure presentability of reception area
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mails and deliveries. Handle and coordinate courier services
• Provide administrative support to department when required
• Assist in ad hoc assignments including but not limited to supporting the coordination of press conferences and events organized

• Form 5 or above
• Proven relevant experience as Receptionist / Front Office Representative / Customer Service Representative under sizable companies
• With computer literacy for general administrative support
• Professional manner and appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with can-do attitude
• Good in spoken and written Chinese and English
