Scope of Duties: 

• Work closely with Assistant Manager, Group Career Development;
• International exposure – Engage in Graduate Trainee Programme management across the Group;
• Partner with Diversity and Inclusion champions to coordinate activities;
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation;
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
• Respond to general enquiries from entity HR and graduate trainees
• Support D&I regular meeting preparation

Requirements: 

• Holder of recognised degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
• 1-2 year of experience in managing graduate trainee programme or human resources functions at sizable organisations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
• A team player with high initiative and sensitivity, customer focus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
