Job Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders for vendors in SAP and process invoices and shipping documents
• Handle quotations and purchase orders
• Work closely with Finance Department for client payment receivables
• Follow and monitor the delivery schedule with suppliers and factories to meet user requirement

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, with 1 -2 years relevant working experience in procurement is preferable
• Able to work independently and self-initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Purchasing Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
