Job Description

Lauris Walton® is a global recruitment specialist in legal and professional services. We’re partnering up with a few international law firms to seek experienced paralegals for below practices: 

  • Corporate
  • Global Loans & Global Market
  • Risk and Compliance
  • Funds
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Litigation 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate, organize, prepare and interpret legal documents upon request by fee earners
  • Build and maintain relevant databases and files
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence investigation
  • Verify and check corporate and legal documents provided by clients
  • Provide support to the corporate team on all related matters
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments upon request

Role requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines; LLB/LLM qualification will be advantageous but not essential
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience as paralegal, preferably in a sizable firm
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
  • Well organized, attentive to detail and proactive
