Job Description
Lauris Walton® is a global recruitment specialist in legal and professional services. We’re partnering up with a few international law firms to seek experienced paralegals for below practices:
- Corporate
- Global Loans & Global Market
- Risk and Compliance
- Funds
- Dispute Resolution
- Litigation
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate, organize, prepare and interpret legal documents upon request by fee earners
- Build and maintain relevant databases and files
- Conduct legal research and due diligence investigation
- Verify and check corporate and legal documents provided by clients
- Provide support to the corporate team on all related matters
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments upon request
Role requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines; LLB/LLM qualification will be advantageous but not essential
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as paralegal, preferably in a sizable firm
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
- Well organized, attentive to detail and proactive
