Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc assignmentStudent data entry into ENGAGE system
• StudStudent & Staff ID card
• Assist with AV equipment including simple photo/video taking
• Provide basic IT support services such as setting up of online meetings & trouble shooting common user problems regarding student and staff devices
• Technical Support for BYOD program (Student laptop trouble shooting)
• Maintain IT inventory
• Assist with Photography and Videography
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

• Diploma graduate in IT related discipline preferred but not essential
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Ipad OS, IOS and Android
• Experience with AV equipment preferred
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, independent & self-motivated
• Good command in both written and spoken English

Korean International School (KIS) is an international school in Hong Kong that offers a through-train British curriculum, English medium education from Reception to 6th Form for English Speaking Community in Hong Kong. KIS is an active member of the Cambridge International Curriculum Programme which provides us with teaching materials and support for all levels.

KIS’s origin can be traced back to Saturday School, started in 1960 with just 6 students to provide for the needs of Korean community in Hong Kong.
