• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior managers, mainly focusing on staff recruitment 
• Responsible for recruitment arrangements and coordination, including but not limited to resume screening, identifying suitable candidates, and making interview arrangements et cetera
• Handle general clerical tasks 
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required 

Entry Requirements:

• Degree holders in all discipline, preferably in human resources management or relevant fields
• Good command of spoken Cantonese / Mandarin  
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills  
• Passionate to learn and open-minded 
• Flexible working hours 
• Immediate availability is preferred  
• Preferably chartered INSURANCE secretary with at least 3 years experience
• More Experience will be consider as senior Secretary
