Job Description
The Position
The position is to assist the execution of Group Learning and Talent Management Strategy across the region.
Reporting directly to Group Head of Learning & Organization Development and working with different Learning Managers, the role will expose to professional knowledges on various Talent / Learning disciplines including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Corporate Culture.
Working at Group level, he or she will work with HR / learning specialists across different countries in Asia. The position will play an independent role in the following areas:
1. Learning course instructional design and production
- Develop understanding on relevant disciplines via conducting desk research / interviewing subject matter experts. Support Manager in-charge to develop learning objectives / outcomes / skeleton. Based on the materials researched / provided to propose storyboard and recommend digital learning format
- Responsible for digital learning course development including using video editing / simple animation software
- Assist Manager in-charge to manage learning journey and activities in Learning & Talent Management System
- Develop reports on learning and talent to support campaign tracking and talent strategy formulation
- Assist Manager in-charge for managing learning campaign and event by establishing project plan and looking after the execution
- Communicate with HR / learning specialists in different countries on day-to-day project related matters
- Work with external vendors and internal parties on project coordination
Our Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR, Business or Psychology is preferred
- 1-2 years experience in learning administration or HR related project support role. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Specialist. He or she should demonstrate strong interest in HR / Learning field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Cantonese / Mandarin. Multi-tasking and good in time management. Smart and intelligent to comprehend information logically / structurally but able to manage deliverables in creative graphical format
- Highly tech-savvy and quick learner in hardware / software. Have experiences in using video / graphical editing tools.
