Job Description
Our client is a reputable professional firm with over 20 offices globally. To cope with their rapid business growth, they are now looking for a Company Secretarial Supervisor to join their company secretarial team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide full spectrum of company secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretarial Business Unit.
- Lead a small team and supervise their daily work assignments.
- Work closely with the Departmental Head to manage all client folders and meet their requirements.
- Draft company secretarial documents based on the firm’s standard or precedents to be reviewed by the Departmental Head.
- Assist in other ad hoc projects.
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Corporate Governance or relevant disciplines.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with membership of HKCGI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Consistently demonstrates effective teamwork and timely task completion.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
