Job Description
Responsibilities
- All round office administration functions, ie: closely align with the business strategic development, office leasing, driving team development, quality service planning & design and optimizing operational workflow.
- Formulate and improve policy and operational workflow, maintain regular office enhancement
- Provide administration service for various business units, resolving any resources matter
- Responsible for departmental budget management, cost analysis & control and regular budget review.
- Coordinate with various departments, ensure internal information & data shared effectively and accurately,
- Handle staff activities and benefit and arrange company events to maximize employee’s cohesiveness and sense of belonging.
- University degree
- solid office administrative supervisory experience in listed company, fintech industry is an advantage.
- Capable with a global vision and mindset
- Able to work under pressure, work across time zones with other countries
- Will to travel if needed
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a must
